We will incorporate some stress-relieving and self-care techniques such as coloring, drawing, journaling, and stretching. Each session will focus on a different positive "I am ____" affirmation (for example: "I am: kind, creative, unique, calm, fill in the blank). Subject matter refreshes week to week, so join us again to learn even more!
